Without a Will, the law decides. Not you.
Your estate passes under intestate succession law, which follows a fixed order of heirs set by statute rather than your wishes. Who gets the house, who gets the deposits, and in what share, is decided by rule, not by what you would have wanted.
The December 2025 reform removed mandatory probate in Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata, which makes a clearly drafted and registered Will the most direct route your family has.
Make a Will. Protect your family.
A Will is the single most important document you will ever create. We make it straightforward with expert-drafted, customised documents and personal consultations.
Every plan includes free notarisation or registration in your city.

Pass things on during your lifetime
A Trust separates ownership from beneficial enjoyment, protecting assets across generations under the Indian Trusts Act 1882. A Power of Attorney hands authority to someone you trust, and the wording matters more than people realise.
Gift and settlement deeds move property to family during your lifetime, with stamp duty concessions for blood relatives handled correctly.
Trust
Family, Private and Charitable Trusts for asset protection and tax-efficient succession.
Power of Attorney
General, Special, Durable and NRI PoA, each drafted around your exact need.
Gift Deed
Property or cash transfers under Section 122 TPA, with tax-aware drafting.
Settlement Deed
Divide property among family on record, avoiding disputes later.
After a loss, we handle the paperwork
When someone passes, families do not need paperwork stress. They need someone to take it off their plate. Our post-demise services do exactly that.
Probate is no longer mandatory anywhere in India after the December 2025 reform, which makes a clear Will and correct heirship documents matter more than ever.
Legal Heir Certificate
Tehsildar or court issued certificate for immovable property. Service in 19 states.
Succession Certificate
Civil court certificate for bank deposits, shares and securities.
Probate
Court validation of a Will, now required only in specific circumstances.
Property Mutation
Get municipal and revenue records transferred to the heirs.
What you get here that you do not get elsewhere
Three steps sounds simple everywhere. The difference is what happens after the document is drafted.

Still deciding? Here are the honest answers
No. A Will is legally valid once you sign it and two witnesses attest it under the Indian Succession Act 1925. Registration at the Sub-Registrar is optional, but it makes the Will considerably harder to contest, which is why we recommend it if you own significant property.
